Delete Your CIRYX Account

To delete your CIRYX account and associated personal information, send an email to CIRYX at admin@getciryx.com with the subject line “Delete My CIRYX Account.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your CIRYX account so we can verify your identity. You may also request account deletion through the CIRYX app where this option is available.

Upon verifying your request, CIRYX Technology LLC will delete or de-identify your eligible personal information associated with your account, including account and contact details, location data associated with service requests, service request records, in-platform messages, and device and usage data.

Certain records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, financial, safety, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include:

• Transaction and payment records required by financial or tax regulations.
• Service request records needed to resolve disputes or respond to legal claims.
• Information required to prevent fraud and protect the safety of users on the platform.
• Records we are legally obligated to retain under applicable law.

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and are otherwise deleted or de-identified in accordance with our retention practices.

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. You will receive a confirmation once your account and eligible personal information have been deleted or de-identified.
