CIRYX Technology LLC (“CIRYX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a roadside-assistance marketplace that connects customers who need roadside help with independent, verified roadside-service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the CIRYX platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Services.

We collect information that helps us provide roadside assistance and operate the marketplace. This includes:

• Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile details you provide when you register. Authentication credentials are securely handled by our authentication provider, and passwords are not stored in plaintext.
• Location & GPS Data: Real-time location data when you request assistance, including GPS coordinates of your vehicle, so we can match you with nearby providers and enable live tracking and navigation.
• Vehicle & Roadside-Service Request Information: Details about your vehicle, the type of assistance needed (towing, jump start, tire change, fuel delivery, lockout, winch-out, heavy-duty recovery, etc.), and the circumstances of your request.
• Communications Between Customers and Providers: Messages and other communications exchanged through the CIRYX platform between customers and service providers regarding a service request.
• Transaction & Payment Information: Payment method details, billing information, service charges, tips, and transaction history. Payment card data is processed through our payment processor and is not stored by CIRYX in full.
• Device & Usage Information: Device type, operating system, app version, unique identifiers, IP address, log data, and information about how you interact with the Services.
• Provider Information: For service providers, we collect business details, licensing and certification documentation, vehicle and equipment information, insurance information, background-check results, service areas, and performance data.

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and secure the CIRYX marketplace, including:

• Providing roadside assistance and fulfilling your service requests.
• Matching customers with the nearest and most appropriate verified providers.
• Enabling live GPS tracking, navigation, and real-time ETA updates.
• Facilitating communications between customers and providers about service requests.
• Processing transactions, payments, payouts to providers, and refunds.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized or unsafe activity on the platform.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving, maintaining, and developing the Services and our features.
• Complying with legal obligations and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

We share your information only as necessary to provide the Services and as described in this Privacy Policy:

• With Providers: When you request assistance, we share your location, vehicle, and request details with the matched provider so they can locate you and perform the service.
• With Customers: When a provider accepts a job, we share the provider’s name, vehicle, and live location with the requesting customer.
• With Service Providers: We work with trusted vendors that help us operate the platform (such as payment processing, mapping, and communications). These vendors process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We engage third-party service providers to support core functions of the platform, including payment processing, mapping and navigation, in-app communications, and cloud hosting. These providers access only the information needed to perform their functions and are required to protect it consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Location is essential to how CIRYX works. When you request assistance, we collect and use your real-time GPS location to match you with nearby providers and to allow your matched provider to navigate to you. Customers can also track the provider’s live location while a request is active.

You can control location access through your device settings. If you deny location permissions, you may be unable to request assistance or use live tracking features.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, and enforce our agreements. Transaction and service records may be retained longer where required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, except where retention is required by law.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of certain marketing communications.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.

Users may request deletion of their CIRYX account and associated personal information through the app where available or by emailing admin@getciryx.com with the subject line “Delete My CIRYX Account.” CIRYX may retain certain records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, safety, or enforcement of agreements.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
